The gospels have many evidences of caste conflicts prevailed in the holy land of Palestine 2000 years ago. In John Chapter 4 we read that jews had been treating
the Samaritans as social outcastes and as untouchables. Though the Samaritans were also originally of the jewish religion and of the Hebrew parentage with patriarchs like
Jacob (VV. 5 and 6).

Luke 23:39-43, a passage that we have heard countless times. Two rebels were crucified on either side of Christ. One cursed, and the other confessed, and between them hung a cross that was never meant to hold a king but only the condemned.

The cross of Jesus Christ conveys a profoundly simple yet timeless message that resonates even in this modern era. It stands as a powerful symbol of sacrifice, suffering, unique triumph, love, and transformative power.

The resurrection of Jesus Christ is a unique experience that shapes the fulcrum of Christian faith. Where the dynamism of life seems to end, the resurrection of Jesus proclaims and
provides new possibilities of life.

Jesus' decisive and final journey to Jerusalem was a deconstruction of the Jewish messianic concept and existing notions of kingdom, kingship, and authority. He reveals that he is the Messiah.

പുറപ്പാട് പുസ്തകത്തിൽ ചെങ്കടൽ കടന്ന യിസ്രയേൽ ജനം മിറിയാമിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ തപ്പ് എടുത്ത് പാടി ദൈവത്തെ മഹത്വപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു. വിടുതലിന്റെ ആഘോഷമായ ആരാധനയാണ് മരുഭൂമിയിൽ നടന്നത്. ജീവിതത്തിൻ്റെ വൈതരണയിൽ നിന്നും വിടുതൽ നൽകിയത് ദൈവമാണെന്നും ഒരിക്കലും സാധ്യമല്ലാത്ത കാര്യം-ചെങ്കടൽ പിളർന്ന് വഴിയൊരുക്കിയത്- ദൈവത്തിൻ്റെ കയ്യിൽ സാധ്യമായി എന്ന വിസ്മയകരമായ കാര്യം അവർ ഏറ്റു പറയുന്നു.
 

ഈ കാലഘട്ടത്തിൽ ഒരു ജോലിയിലും ദീർഘ കാലം അത് പോലെ തുടരാൻ കഴിയില്ല. കാലത്തിനനുസരിച്ചു പുതിയ കഴിവുകൾ (Skill) നാം ആർ ജിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ, അതിൽ തുടരാൻ കഴിയില്ല എന്ന താണ് യാഥാർത്ഥ്യം. അല്ലാത്ത പക്ഷം നാം ആ മേഖലയിൽ നിന്നും പതിയെ പുറത്താക്കപ്പെടും. ഏതു തൊഴിലും ചെയ്യാനുള്ള ധൈര്യവും ആത്മാ ഭിമാനവും പുതു തലമുറയിൽ വളർത്താൻ നമുക്ക് കഴിയണം. അതുസാധിച്ചാൽ തൊഴിലില്ലായ്‌മ എന്ന പ്രശ്‌നം തന്നെ ഇല്ലാതെയാവും. സമൂഹത്തിനാവശ്യമായ ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങളും സേവന ങ്ങളും നല്‌കാൻ നാം പ്രാപ്‌തരാണെങ്കിൽ വലിയ വ്യത്യാസമുണ്ടാകും, രാജ്യത്തിൻ്റെ സമ്പദ് വ്യവസ്ഥ മെച്ചപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്യും. ലോകത്തെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ഉപഭോക്ത്യ രാജ്യമാണ് ഇന്ത്യ. എല്ലാ രാജ്യക്കാരും ഇന്ത്യൻ മാർക്കറ്റിൽ ഇടം നേടാനാണ് ശ്രമിക്കുന്നത്.
 

The evolving realities of work, workplaces, and workers in the neoliberal era present urgent and profound challenges to Christian faith and theology. The manner in which these challenges are confronted will ultimately determine the contemporary relevance and ethical integrity of the Church. Moving beyond acts of individual charity, Christian communities must embrace the political mandate to actively participate in forging a just and equitable labor culture, advocating for an economic order that prioritizes social security and the inherent dignity of all workers, and developing a robust and action-oriented theology of labor. This requires a critical engagement with the systemic injustices embedded within the neoliberal framework and a renewed commitment to the prophetic call for liberation and justice in the economic sphere.

ട്രാൻസ് സമൂഹത്തെ അംഗീകരിക്കുകയും ട്രാൻസ് ഫ്രണ്ട്ലി ആയ ഒരു തൊഴിൽ സംസ്‌കാരവും സാമൂഹിക ഇട ങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടാവുകയും ചെയ്‌താൽ ഇത്തരം പ്രവർ ത്തനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് നമ്മുടെ ട്രാൻസ് സഹോദരി സഹോദരന്മാർ മാറുമെന്ന് ഉറപ്പാണ്. അതിനു സർക്കാർ സംവിധാനങ്ങൾ വേഗത്തിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുകയും സംഘടനകളും സഭകളും സമാജങ്ങളും തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും എത്രയും പെട്ടെന്ന് മുന്നിട്ടിറങ്ങുകയും മാത്രമാണ് പോംവഴി. ആയിരക്കണക്കിന് സ്കൂ‌ളുകൾ, സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ ഉള്ള നാട്ടിൽ ഓരോരുത്തർക്ക് തൊഴിൽ നൽകാമെന്ന് തീരു മാനിച്ചാൽ തൊഴിൽരഹിതരായ ഒരു ട്രാൻസ്ജെൻഡർ വ്യക്തിയും കേരളത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാവില്ല.
 

ചെറുതോ വലുതോ എന്ന വ്യത്യാസമില്ലാതെ നമ്മെ ഭരമേൽപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഉത്തരവാദിത്തങ്ങൾ ശരിയായ മനോഭാവത്തോടെ ചെയ്‌തു പൂർത്തീകരിക്കുവാ നാകുമോ? കാലം കുറുക്കുവഴികൾ തേടുമ്പോൾ കർത്താവിനെന്നവണ്ണം ഹൃദയപൂർവ്വം നമ്മുടെ തൊഴിലിനെ സമീപിക്കാനാകുമോ? അങ്ങനെ യെങ്കിൽ നമ്മുടെ കാഴ്‌ചകൾക്ക് തെളിമയേറും. പുതു ദർശനങ്ങൾ നമ്മുടെ ബോധ്യങ്ങൾക്ക് നിറം പകരും. കർണാടകയിലെ തൻ്റെ ഗ്രാമത്തിന് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം നൽകാനായി സ്‌കൂൾ ആരംഭിച്ച, പിന്നീട് രാജ്യം പദ്‌മശ്രീ നൽകി ആദരിച്ച ഹർക്കല ഹജ്ജബ എന്ന മനുഷ്യൻ ഒരു ഓറഞ്ച് കച്ചവട ക്കാരനായിരുന്നു എന്ന് ഓർക്കുക. തൊഴിലിന്റെ വലിപ്പമല്ല, മനോഭാവമാണ് പ്രധാനം.
